Dr. Ismail Albaidhani is an international learning and capability development expert who uses some latest design strategies and technological tools to enhance the human & organization performance.
Held senior management, learning, and capacity building roles in the social, education, private and public sectors. Within international organizations (The International Air Transport Assoc. – IATA Training & Development Institute in the aviation industry, the International Organization for Standardization – ISO Academy in trade & quality field, and at the United Nations with IOM & UNICEF Capacity Building & Learning in the humanitarian area).
Worked with world renowned education institutions (e.g. Stanford University Center for Professional Development, Nanyang Technological University Business School, University of Geneva School of Economics and Management). Held key roles in the private sector at high-tech & digital education firm (Ellicom), global supply chain company (FedEx). And in the public sector with the government of Canada.
Holds a PhD in management & economics (Projects & Innovation) from the University of Quebec in Canada, Master’s in international management (MBA) from the Geneva Schools of Economics at the University of Geneva in Switzerland, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE).
Has unique ability to navigate through the different organizational/regional boundaries, and the various sectors’ complexity. Assumed roles in the field offices, regional and head offices environment at big international organizations and small innovative start-up technology firms.
Capable of thinking and acting with a global & local mindset. Lived, studied and worked in North America (Canada & US), Europe (Switzerland & UK), Asia, Africa and the Middle East (Jordan, Kenya, Singapore, and Qatar).
