Starting out as a ground handler for private and offshore helicopter operations, Rach has since worked across flight planning for private and commercial operators, aviation data management, and business aviation software marketing. She now focuses on Part-IS compliance, combining her operational background with a growing interest in AI and its role in strengthening cybersecurity and supporting aviation organisations with Part-IS implementation.
