Julius Norkunas is an accomplished aviation and technology executive with over 15 years of experience across startups, corporate innovation, and digital transformation. As CEO of Aeroclass.org, he leads a global aviation training platform delivering next-generation learning solutions to leading airlines, airports, and civil aviation authorities across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and North America. Under his leadership, Aeroclass has achieved more than 5x revenue growth, built a global instructor network, and implemented cutting-edge programs aligned with CBTA, AI-driven analytics, and microlearning. Julius brings deep industry expertise from his leadership roles within BAA Training, one of Europe’s top Approved Training Organizations, and Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider. He has led multiple large-scale initiatives in regulated training, learning technology, and compliance transformation, working across both EASA and ICAO frameworks.
