Bruce Parry is an experienced sustainability and environmental professional and has worked within the aviation industry in a variety of capacities supporting these subjects for more than twenty years. Now Senior Environment Manager for the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and Environment Director for the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC).
Bruce represents business aviation at a variety of levels both, from a European and International perspective on environmental and sustainability matters and serves as a UN Observer on behalf of IBAC and the business aviation community, at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in the Committee on Aviation and Environmental Protection (CAEP).
With a background in environmental engineering, prior to joining IBAC and EBAA in 2016, Bruce’s experience extends from environmental requirements and considerations in aircraft product development to corporate social responsibility and sustainability while working for both Airbus and Bombardier. He also contributed to the development of the original and subsequent updates to the Business Aviation Commitment on Climate Change (BACCC) in 2009. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Quality and Resource Management from the University of the West of England in the UK.
