Magdalena developed her skills and understanding of the aviation industry through first-hand experiences in project management, procurement, and aviation analysis while working for the Luxaviation Group, one of the of the largest business aviation companies in the world. In her role, she coordinated Group Security Department for fourteen different offices from around the world, including the Middle East, Europe, South Africa, and Australia.
Since 2018 she was actively involved in the launched the STARS program (Standards and Training for Aviation Responsibility and Sustainability) that has been sponsored by European Business Aviation Association (EBAA). Highlighting her commitment to sustainable aviation development, she was nominated to become the chairperson of the STARS environmental working group.
In 2019 Magdalena started her own company Lumino MK in Luxembourg to deliver trainings and consultancy on aviation sustainability and security to business aviation operators. Since 2020 she is engaged with International Flight Aviation Academy in Switzerland as the Head of Sustainable Aviation.
At CTX Magdalena was heavily involved in establishing the strategic partnership between CTX and International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). The partnership has been officially launched in September 2021, establishing CTX as a preferred offsetting platform for more than 18000 business aviation operators. Magdalena continues her work by helping aviation clients establish their offsetting strategy.
Magdalena received her master’s degree in International Project Management from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. She speaks Polish, English, German and Russian. She obtain a glider licence in 2011 and has been passionate about aviation since then.
